School of Art Successfully Held a Symposium for Young Teachers

Our Prof. Han Rong, Associate Prof. Zhu Zhe and our college young teachers attended the forum for the subject ‘project declaration and writing’. At the symposium, Prof. Han Rong gave a detailed account of the topics, briefings and precautions, the management of the school's horizontal topics, the experience of scientific research and so on. She introduced the contents of various subjects such as the national, provincial and ministerial level and city hall Units, reporting time and research period, emphasized the scope of the relevant topics to declare the key areas and disciplines, and explained the Jiangsu University Research Project Management Approach and Jiangsu University Research Funding Management Approach. Finally, she introduced the experience of scientific research from studying the literature, paper writing, paper citing and paper publishing and so on.
Associate Prof. Zhu Zhe did the exploration from four aspects of the Chinese academic literature search such as the search function, the literature carrier, the search confusion, the retrieval step. In addition, she pointed out that the search can help to select and determine the direction of the research topic, inspire the thinking of the researcher, stimulate the inspiration, and she divided the literature carrier from the forms of publication. She also gave the answers to the common existing questions in the search, emphasized that the search method can be understood by the method of browsing, retrospective and routine. Finally, she clarified the retrieval steps from the stage of the analysis, the stage of the search strategy, the stage of the search, the stage of result analysis and adjustment and so on. Subsequently, Prof. Han Rong, Associate Prof. Zhu Zhe and young teachers carried out the further exchanges around the theme of the meeting. It is believed that this forum will help promote the academic growth of young teachers. (School of Art)
